They have moved a piano for us now twice! Both times they have been incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. They treat the piano and our home with care and attention. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Masilas Piano Moving moved out our 1909 Steinway upright after a sale, and treated it so carefully. Showed experience, competence and attention to detail, ensuring everything was done to keep the piano and surroundings safe.
Masilas Piano Moving did a phenomenal job moving my 60+ year old grand piano. It was not a simple job, as the piano was located in an office that was only accessible by a narrow hallway with a 90-degree corner. But the Masilas team was nothing short of super heroes in their gentle handling of the instrument, patient planning and execution of the removal, and care and consideration of the walls, floors, and doorways along the way. The process was extremely challenging, but through it all, they were wonderfully warm, caring, and full of smiles. I couldn't have asked for a better team and feel very blessed to have had their help. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend their services.
I couldn’t be happier with how their piano mover team handled my beloved upright, which has been in our family for over 100 years. They came fully prepared with all the right equipment and carefully wrapped every part of it like they understood its sentimental value to me. There was one really tight staircase I had worried would cause damage, but they navigated it so confidently and without even a scratch on the walls or my piano. What struck me most was how they double-checked everything as if it were their own heirloom being transported—it felt very personal and respectful throughout the entire process.
